Too many projects fall apart because the design outpaces the budget. By the time the mismatch is caught,

valuable time and money have already been spent. Our PSA process is designed to align vision with reality

early on, helping you make informed decisions before construction begins.

What a PSA Includes

A PSA is not just paperwork - it's our way of making sure you know exactly what you're getting into. Services

- Verifying existing conditions (like digging to check footings or mapping out electrical systems)

- Creating accurate scopes of work for each trade

- Building out preconstruction schedules and timelines (Gantt charts)

- Defining what's in and what's out - no guessing games
